Community Guidelines

Last updated 22 August 2026 · people@uzway.com

People UZWay is a network for adults looking for people, projects, and opportunities. These rules apply to posts, profiles, photos, groups, events, comments, and messages.

Allowed

  • talk about your work, skills, trips, and events;
  • connect respectfully;
  • report abuse and block people you do not want to hear from.

Not allowed

  • spam, link flooding, fake engagement;
  • scams, crypto giveaways, “guaranteed profit”, phishing;
  • threats, harassment, bullying, doxxing;
  • hate based on origin, religion, gender, orientation, or disability;
  • any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance;
  • intimate images without consent; pornography in the public feed;
  • sale of weapons, drugs, or other illegal goods;
  • impersonating a person or company;
  • evading a ban; malware.

This list is how we define objectionable content for Google Play user-generated content rules.

How to report

In the app: post or profile menu → Report. On the website: use the report control on the content. Urgent cases: email people@uzway.com with the subject Report.

You can block a person so they cannot message you and are removed from your suggestions.

What we do

  • automated scoring for spam, scam, and threat phrases when you post;
  • a human moderation queue for reports;
  • remove content, limit reach, or ban the account;
  • an appeal path when a post is taken down by safety systems.

Repeat violations lead to a permanent ban. Content that appears to be a crime may be referred to authorities. Child sexual abuse material is never allowed; see Child Safety Standards.
