These Terms of Use govern People UZWay (the website and the Android app). By creating an account or posting content you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Effective 22 August 2026.
1. The service
People UZWay is an adult social network: public profiles, a feed, people search, groups, events, trips, and messaging. Operator: UZWay, New York, United States. Contact: people@uzway.com.
2. Age
You must be 18 or older. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- you are responsible for your password and for activity on the account;
- one person, one account — no impersonation;
- we may limit, suspend, or delete an account that breaks these Terms or the law.
4. User content
You keep the rights to content you post. By posting, you grant UZWay a non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt (for example image sizing or on-device translation), and distribute that content inside the service.
You must not post spam or scams, threats or harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, malware, illegal goods, or impersonation. The full list is in the Community Guidelines.
Google Play requires that users accept these rules before uploading user-generated content. Creating an account or tapping publish is that acceptance.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, limit distribution, and ban accounts. The app and website include reporting, blocking, and (where available) appeal. We are not obliged to publish any particular post.
6. Messages and meeting in person
Conversations and real-world meetings are at your own risk. Do not send money, codes, or documents to strangers. If you are in danger, contact local police first, then us.
7. Payments
If paid plans are offered, they are sold on the website and processed by PayPal. The Android app does not currently sell digital goods through Google Play Billing. Refunds follow the relevant payment channel and applicable law.
8. Our rights
UZWay and People UZWay names, design, and software belong to us. You may not copy the service as your own product.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee introductions, deals, uptime, or error-free operation.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by the law of the State of New York, United States, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or other users’ conduct.
11. Ending the account
You may delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account. We may end access for violations or legal reasons.
12. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer rules say otherwise. Try to resolve disputes with us first at people@uzway.com. Remaining disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
