Delete your account

Google Play requires account deletion both in the app and on a public web page. Deletion removes the account and associated personal data. It is not a freeze.

In the Android app

open People UZWay;
go to More → Settings;
scroll to Delete account;
confirm. This cannot be undone.

On this website

Sign in with the same account and confirm deletion with the form on this page. If you cannot sign in, email people@uzway.com from the address on the account with the subject DELETE ACCOUNT. We process email requests within 7 days.

What we delete

profile, photos, posts, comments, and saves;
messages, friends, follows, and your group memberships;
device tokens and privacy settings.

What may remain briefly

Limited security or legal records (for example that an account was banned), backups until the next purge cycle, and copies of your public posts that other people reshared.
